Dora Dress Up Doll

From clothes for romania

I got a new doll Saturday, She's a Dora Dress Up doll, 15 inches tall of course she was naked and scared!
Her hair is still not in good shape I am afraid of course for pictures she's fine but in her current condition I couldn't send her to Romania, so I'll send the other 2 girls and this one will be rerooted(Some Day).
Been looking at websites that deal with the rerooting thing, so far all I have fiogured out is if you want it to last it'll take a long time or you can do the fast and dirty and try gluing it on the inside of the head,,, hmm something to think about.
Sewed another sweater last night and stretched out the hem really bad, hoping that steaming it will put it back in placed.

  1. Actually rooting doesn't take to long once you are used to it. What I do is prepare on separate days. I cute the original hair off and remove the plugs and hair that didn't get cut one day. The next day I prepare my plugs. Then the next day I root. It can take a few hours depending on how dense you root it. But pick out some good movies to watch and it goes by fast. You should try it one day. I promise its not as scary as it looks. My first time I was nervous but now its nothing for me to decide to re-root and to do it in a few hours. Happy rooting! And I love what you are doing for those little girls. I want to do something similar this Christmas. I honestly should get started now because Christmas will be here again in no time.
